IT ENGINEER CONSULTANT (Code: ITE)

We are, an IT Managed Services Provider, looking for high qualified IT Engineer to join our team as “IT ENGINEER CONSULTANT”. We are managing IT infrastructure for many US based organizations.

Main Job Desc.:
- Managing our Network Operation Center in USA.
- Responsible to monitor and troubleshoot our Backup and Restore process.
- Handling support for our US-based clients.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor Degree (S1) in Computer Science.
- Hands-on experience: 6+ years.

Strong Knowledge in:
- Windows Server 2008/2012/2016/2019, Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP.
- VMware and Hyper-V virtualization.
- Backup, Offsite Backup, Replication and Restore process.
- Speak English fluently both oral and written is ** A MUST **.

Knowledge in:
- Microsoft Exchange
- Office 365
- LAN & WAN
- Firewall
- Storage Area Network

Preferable:
- Knowledge in Veeam Backup & Replication.
- Major IT Certifications, such as MCP, MCSA, VCP.

Others:
- Able to work independently and being in 24x7 after hours rotation (shift) if needed.
